Who do you work with?

Where do you work?
The US and Canada. We're a remote team, so we work with businesses wherever they are.
How long until my site is live?
Live in 3 working days, counted from when we have your photos and details. If we miss it, your first month is free. Missed-call text-back starts working the day we switch it on; Google rankings move over months, not days, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing.
Do I pay before I see anything?
No. We build it, you click through the working site, and you only pay once you've seen it and said yes.
What does it cost?
Get Found is from $2,500 setup + $297/month, Get Called from $4,500 + $597/month, and Get Booked from $7,500 + $1,197/month. All prices in USD. Taxes stated up front. See pricing.
How do my photos get on the site?
Text or email them to us. We put them on your site, sorted the way your customers browse, usually within one working day.
Do I own my website and my domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and the site, content, photos and customer list are yours. If you leave, you get a written exit package within 10 working days: files, content, images and access to your DNS, analytics and Google Business Profile.
Is there a long contract?
No. It runs month to month with 30 days' notice. Cancelling is one email, honored the same day and confirmed in writing.
Will the price go up after the first year?
No. The price you start on is the price you stay on, in writing.
Can you guarantee I rank number one on Google?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's results. We guarantee the launch date, uptime, turnaround on edits, and that every checkable thing is actually done.
What if I already have a website?
We rebuild it as part of the system, because we won't run lead capture on a site we don't control. If your current site is genuinely doing its job, we'll say so.
Do I have to change my phone number or calendar?
No. You keep your number; we sit alongside it and catch the calls you miss. Bookings can sync with Google Calendar, or you can use ours.
What does the AI receptionist actually say?
Whatever you approve. We write a script for your business, you change what you don't like, and nothing goes near a customer until you've signed it off. It handles hours, service area, rough pricing and job details, and hands over to you the moment a person is needed. Every call is recorded and transcribed.
Can I add or drop a piece later?
Yes. Plans are presets. Add or drop a piece any time with 30 days' notice. The website is always the base.
Who do I talk to when something breaks?
Us, directly. Anything broken at launch is fixed free for 30 days, and content edits go live within one working day.
